The Service
- QG will provide a supply-chain template for you to use and define your supply chain management system. (your own strategy can be used if it meets the standard).
- QG will review your Supply-Chain Management System and produce a report including the actions required to comply with the QG Supply-Chain Management Standard.
- Actions will be implemented by the client (if required) in accordance with the action plan.
- The complete document will be agreed by both parties at which point the QG-SCM logo will be able to be used.
- A certificate of conformance will be issued to show that a Supply-Chain Management System (SCM) is in place.
- A QG Specialist will audit the documented system on an annual basis.
